It's been three years since I bothered with a journal entry. Within that time, I graduated High School and have then spent two years and running doing absolutely nothing. Writing-wise, I've gotten a few promising things started but only ended up with three or four stalled stories. Might post something if it hits a state resembling "finished" or if I get around to writing a story specifically for the sheer practice of it, one of many things I should be doing.
Mostly, though, I just wanted to get that three-year-old crap off of my profile. Chrissake, I was still using the word "epic."

Databases/progress report
I like to have rich, involved worlds for my stories, and as such, I've got quite a bit of background stuff typed up in google docs. I've put a bit of that up on dA but for the most part, I like keeping it private.
THIS MATTERS BECAUSE: I've been doing a lot of work on them recently. Now, I do have two more ideas that I'm working on, both of which I'm really excited about. Here's a description of them.
FIRST OBJECTIVE:

Status Update
Essentially, I'm too lazy to type anything up. I've got written stuff going, but unless anyone actually bugs me about it, it'll probably be awhile until it gets to the internet.
Well, I suppose I'd better explain . . .
Having been more than a year since my last actual activity, I really should say something on the subject. Essentially, when I get depressed, I lose motivation to write. I get depressed a lot. So, not much has been happening. I have the first chapter and a bit of the 2nd on a rewrite of my first fanfiction, one which never actually got to dA(thank god) but most of that was written last summer and I've made nearly no progress since then. As for other stuff, they exist but nothing's been done with them. I did write several pages of multiple stories on paper, but saw pretty glaring flaws in them and gave up.

Writing update
Right, well this is my current plan for my writing:
1st project: Pretty much, the idea is to establish a bit of background for Aeon, and also to introduce another character of mine, Orion. It will be set in my original fantasy universe, although not much will actually be referenced, and it's the story of just how Orion got into his situation, as well as obviously explaining what that is.. This is a short idea, maybe ten pages long on word at most, and it should be done quickly if I don't procrastinate.
